New Asian Tropical Produce LLC was established in 2015 under the name of ASIAN TROPICAL. The company’s founder, Mrs. Nancy German, began operations with eight employees and a small rented warehouse in Homestead, Florida.

After a brief stint in the city of Doral near Miami Airport, the company acquired and opened its current building, where it currently operates and commercializes. With the change of location, the name was also changed and the company settled permanently in the agricultural city of Homestead as NEW ASIAN TROPICAL PRODUCE LLC.

The company specializes in distributing products from Central America, South America, the Caribbean, as well as a permanent supply of products from local farms in Florida and distant destinations such as South Africa, Fiji, among others. Their product portfolio includes, but is not limited to, exporting, importing, and distributing vegetables such as MALANGAS, YUCA, YAMPI, YAME, GINGER. Fruit examples: Banana, Avocado, Pumpkin. Local products: Sugar Cane, Coconut water and a large variety of very varied products.

In July 2022, the Ecuamalltrade Group, a company with Ecuadorian capital, acquired 100% of the shares of New Asian Tropical Produce. With this purchase, the company becomes part of a group: «Export – Import» (Ecuamalltrade SA, Perumalltrade SAC, Kaso Group Inc, Ecuamalltrade LLC) with presence in the United States, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia and Costa Rica.

In this new corporate era, the vertical integration achieved allows for a vision of a broad spectrum that integrates: Production, collection, export, import and distribution, from its own warehouses in HOMESTEAD to the different states of the United States, being a pioneer and one of the few companies in the «Produce» Industry in the United States, that offers in a real way, the connection – provision of agricultural products such as: fresh fruits, tropical roots, herbs and other special seasonings for high-demand and specialty markets, connecting the producer and the wholesalers.
